The flower girl, usually an adorable little lady aged three to eight. Typically, the flower girl walks in front of the bride during an entrance processional. She may spread flower petals on the floor before the bride or carry a bouquet of flowers or just work after the bride to help her carry up the wedding gowns. She follows the ring bearer (if there is one), and sometimes she will even precede the bride. Often the ring bearer and the flower girl are dressed to look like a couple.
